This interactive piece felt like a natural progression from my series it could take a bit of time to heal this. The main difference is that this piece is exploring the relationship between myself and someone close to me rather than the relationship I have with myself.
What situations lead to the next or meld together? What cycles are we going through? What are the overlapping complexities of perspectives and emotions? What's behind it all? What responsibility do I have in this? What are we holding onto? What are we leaving behind?
This interactive piece was made during my time as an artist in residence at the Peter Bullough Foundation in 2024 with the support of the Ohio Arts Council through an Artist Opportunity Grant.
